I grew up in the competitive fencing club in GödöllÅ‘, Hungary, where I competed in foil and began coaching as an assistant at 17. From the start I was trained by coaches with international experience, and their standards shaped my approach to clear, demanding, and effective coaching.
Over two decades I have coached across Hungary and England, specialising in developing fencers from complete beginners to international competitors throughout South England. I combine disciplined technical instruction with evidence‑led strength and conditioning, progressive performance planning, and innovative training techniques that accelerate improvement.
My coaching philosophy is practical and outcome‑focused: I design repeatable sessions, simple benchmarks, and scalable drills so progress becomes measurable and predictable. I prioritise athlete development—technical skill, tactical awareness, physical resilience, and competitive mindset—so every fencer knows not just what to do, but why it works.

Mission
I have a strong passion for coaching. I design and implement comprehensive training programs, sport-specific technique sessions, strength and conditioning plans, and engaging workshops for fencers and athletes across various sport, especially fencing. My approach integrates clear techniques with physical training and mindset, facilitating tangible improvement for athletes. I provide athletes with effective tools, including scalable drills and methods to monitor their progress.
Vision
My vision is a coaching approach that eliminates doubt and introduces structure, skill, and measurable growth. By blending technical clarity, intelligent strength and conditioning, and hands-on education for athletes and coaches, I aim to make high-quality coaching accessible and repeatable. My work will help individuals build resilient bodies, sharp minds, and dependable routines, ensuring that ambition consistently translates into achievement.

Mentoring
I mentor and tutor students studying personal training, sport, sports science, and related subjects at secondary school and college level, blending academic support with applied coaching insight to deepen understanding and improve practical performance. I teach theory alongside real-world examples from coaching, strength and conditioning, and athlete development.
